When you’re looking to buy or lease property in a new country, whether it is leasing commercial space for your business or for investment, the process can be challenging. I am fluent in English, Spanish, German and Danish. I have a Masters degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and a degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. I have taken several courses in the CCIM Commercial Real Estate Program in the United States. For the last 13 years I have been in the Dominican Republic as a business owner and real estate broker.  

I understand the market here - how it works, and how to negotiate it. I specialize in office space and retail space in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana and represent international companies in commercial tenant representation.
