Property Management

We offer to administer Commercial Plazas and Office Buildings. For this we charge a monthly fee. We manage payroll for the property, reporting and paying Social Security and liquidation. We keep books and bank accounts and collect association fees from owners and rent from tenants and are available for any problems owners might have. Our team as a property manager is hands-on with the daily operations of all properties we are managing for client. We give top priority to providing owners with information through customized financial reports and personal communication. By serving as the owner representative of a property, our team proactively manages all facets of cash flow, day-to-day operations and tenant relations.
